  • Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

You may not share your login credentials or allow others to access the Service through your account without authorization.

5. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into the Service — contacts, notes, pipeline records, and related content. We do not claim any ownership over your data.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you store about your contacts complies with applicable privacy laws, including obtaining any required consent from those individuals.

6. Email and Notifications

The Service sends automated follow-up notification emails on your behalf using contact data you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to send communications to those contacts and that those communications comply with applicable anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM or CASL).

We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity resulting from downtime, bugs, or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Digital MI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
